Join us for daily, drop-in classes that are appropriate for students of all levels and backgrounds. Our teachers will guide you through a 60 minute flow that will nourish your mind, body and spirit.

Gentle Hatha

7am - 8am

Start your day with a gentler Style of Hatha Yoga Practice. Performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath Work, and relaxation.

This yoga is perfect for beginners but can be a perfect warm-up for intermediate level and advanced level practitioners as well.

Hatha Flow

8am - 9am

Hatha Yoga flow is a style of yoga where you move slowly and mindfully from one pose to another while focusing on your breathing.

  • “Hatha” = gentle, basic yoga postures

  • “Flow” = linking poses together in a smooth sequence

Unlike faster styles like Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha flow is slower, calmer, and easier to follow, making it ideal for beginners and people who want a relaxing experience.

Warming up we move to Hatha Flow, a class composed of creative sequences to create continuous movement, but still based on the poses that are practised in a more traditional hatha class. It differs from vinyasa flow in that there are typically fewer "plank - chaturanga - up dog" transitions.

This yoga is useful for beginners but can be very beneficial for intermediate level and advanced level practitioners as well.

Vinyasa Flow

5Pm - 6Pm

Later in the day our Vinyasa class is a fast-paced, energizing practice with a focus on ujai breathing.

This yoga is perfect for beginners but will benefit intermediate level and advanced level practitioners with a foundation of poses as well.

Sound Healing

7pm - 8pm

Sound healing is a holistic wellness practice that uses vibrations—like music, tones, or specific frequencies—to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

🌀 How it works

Sound healing is based on the idea that everything in the body (cells, organs, brainwaves) vibrates at certain frequencies. When you're stressed or unwell, those vibrations may become “out of sync.” Sound healing aims to gently bring them back into harmony using soothing sounds.We close for the day with an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. Our sound healing session involves lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, and singing bowls .
